Good size kitchen and dinning room, utensils, own fridge and ample storage in kitchen for your use...even a dehydrator for surplus mushrooms after a foraging trip. Total of 24 electric sockets in the kitchen...each of us has our own work station in the kitchen and at times like to cook for each other...we are foodies here and also like to play chess ...

we like a quiet life and respect each others space... a blazing log fire perfect in the winter....washing machine, central healing, dehumidifier, WiFi.

Beautiful wild garden with rainproof pergola(excellent for drying/airing clothes ) and an egg chair for relaxing, outside dinning.. next to common land and mature trees with own back gate.. ample clothes drying space indoors and out...

Two metro stations into the city, each a mile away and major shops half a mile away.. local Co-Op just ¼ miles away...open 07.00-22.00pm every day..4½ miles south of Ringway Airport......
