The flat itself is set behind secure gates, has access to parking using a guest parking space and plenty of free off road parking. The flat is on the ground floor has a large living room with bay windows and plenty of natural light. The kitchen comes with all the mod cons including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a gas oven, hob and central heating.
You will be the only person using the main bathroom most of the time also.
The flat comes with two house cats of which you can interact and get involved with as much or as little as you would like.

Current Flatmate: I am a 25 year old female young professional who enjoys a mixture of social activities both in and out of the flat, I am a keen baker and enjoy going for long walks. I would like a flatmate who would make themselves at home in this flat and would enjoy socialising together within and outside the flat. I work long hours so enjoy having a reasonably tidy flat to relax in in the evening but understand that life does get in the way. I would also require a flatmate would understand the importance of keeping the cats indoors.

The room is fully furnished small double with bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. It is a small room but there is plenty of living kitchen space for you to truly feel at home
