Short term king bed room

We have a very beautiful house in a nice and quiet area. The bedroom we're renting out is the biggest and brightest room of the house. It faces a quiet street. It also has a desk and office chair, which isn't shown in the photos.

The whole house is newly decorated, both the kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-equipped. The garden is very very big and suitable for someone who has pets as well.

We are open to short term rents, from a week to a few months.

This room is currently available from Feb 3rd, 2024. Rent includes bills (including council tax, broadband, gas, electricity, etc).

About the location: the house is the centre of Sale, 5 mins to Dane Road tram stop and 8 mins to Sale tram stop. Worthington park is 5 mins away. Stanley Square, nice pubs, restaurants and supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S and Aldi) all within 10 mins walking distance. City centre is 25 mins away by tram and easy to reach.

We are two professionals living in the house (one English and one Chinese), and have a lovely cockapoo (Noodle).

Ideally we'd like to find someone who is friendly, and also a professional. Not looking for couples.

We do have another bedroom in the house though, which we're not looking to rent out, but could be used on those dates if needed.
