Hi - I’m Daniel (43) and live in a 3 bed house with my dog Liam (Labrador). I’m a keen runner, Manchester United football season ticket holder and have a good sense of humour.
I’m a professional working from home and looking to rent out my spare double room to a suitable match.
The house is located on a nice street a short walk from the centre of Sale with lots of bars, restaurants and gym. You can get the tram easily into Manchester a the buses are equally useful.
All bills including internet, EE TV inc sports, Netflix, cinema included too.
The house has living room, dining room, kitchen/diner, bathroom, downstairs toilet and I’ve got some gym equipment in the garage. The garden is also nice when the weather is good. Drive can accommodate up to 3 cars.
I like to socialise but I also appreciate my own space. I’ve got a brain tumour which means I struggle with lots of noise all the time so I’d just be looking for someone to be considerate of that.
Liam is a well behaved Labrador who loves affection. He’s very quiet most of the time and just sleeps, always happy for someone else to come on a walk with us or go to the park or go to the pub/grab a bite to eat.
