Huge Double Bedroom All bills inc.

Hello everyone!
I’m looking for a new flatmate from 1st March. The house is located in Manchester (Sale/Brooklands).

Rent: £700 per month, all bills included (£0 deposit required).

The house is 94 square metres and includes a large, bright double bedroom (as bright as Manchester allows 🤣), a TV with all the channels you could want, and private parking. The tram station is just a 5-minute walk away.

I’ll be renting out the double bedroom only.

A bit about me: I’m Michael, Italian, and my current housemate is moving back to Italy, which is why the room will be available.

Double bedroom: King-size bed, desk, bookcase, and double wardrobe.

Living room: Two sofas, TV, coffee table, and a large dining table.

Kitchen: Washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and plenty of storage space for kitchen utensils.

Garden: Very small and mostly empty, except for a tree with a squirrel house 🤣

Bathroom: Small and shared, though I am currently the only other person in the house.
