Furnished double room in quiet house

My lodger of over 3 years has just got married and moved abroad. The room is a nice bright double with double bed and a triple wardrobe, there is also a smart tv on the wall with its own Netflix account. There is a 3rd bedroom/office that can also be jointly shared. The house has a shared bathroom, lounge diner and kitchen. Kitchen is fully fitted with range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. I also have a nice private garden which has a hot tub in the summer! In the garage is a multi gym and a weights bench with a selection of weights (you will have to clear off the dust to use them 😂)The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk to timperly tram and right next to the canal. It’s about a 12-15 min drive to the airport and there is ample street parking as it’s a quiet cul-de-sac. All bills inc except gas/elec, this is halved each month. Between the two of us, roughly £60-£100 each.
I work full time at the airport so am out 5 days a week.
