Housemate wanted for upstairs bedroom

Hi 👋 we are Laura and Megan, our housemate is planning to move out of her upstairs room, so we’re looking for someone to take over the space. This is a comfortable king-size room with plenty of afternoon sunshine ☀️

The room can be let either furnished (ottoman king-size bed and two tall wardrobes) or unfurnished. The current housemate owns the furniture, so if you'd like to keep it furnished there would be an additional £25 per month payable to her for the duration of the tenancy.

The house has a large kitchen and living area downstairs, a decent-sized south-facing (ish!) garden, a fully equipped bathroom with bath and electric shower, and a shared home office upstairs.

We’re very close to Sale town centre, the water parks, and canal, with really good transport links into Manchester, making commuting easy. Also supermarkets Aldi, Sainsburys, Tesco, and M&S if you're feeling fancy are around the corner as well.

Rent is £516.70 per month, with bills usually coming to around £150.00 per month (winter price average) on top (utilities, internet, and council tax).

We're looking for a respectful, clean and tidy professional female who is a non-smoker to join us. We’re both sociable and would love someone who fits easily into the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the house.

We also have a cat. Unfortunately we can’t accommodate any additional pets, so the listing is marked as no pets.
