A double room is available in a homely railway cottage on a quiet, leafy road.
The room is available full time = £450 pcm. OR it's available for 5 nights a week (i. e. Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday). The price for part time = £390 pcm.
The property has great transport links - just a 5 minute walk from Sale Metrolink Station which takes you in to Manchester City Centre in 15 mins.
It is also ideally situated just a 5 minute drive from major motorway routes taking you into Manchester City Centre, Trafford Park, Media City, Manchester Airport, and Wilmslow/Cheadle/Didsbury/Stoc kport.
Sale Town Centre is also just 10 mins walk away where there are multiple supermarkets/cafes pubs/restaurants, some lovely parks and the Bridgewater Canal which provides a picturesque cycling route into Manchester City Centre.
The property is on a quiet street and has a garden that overlooks a huge allotment with some great views through the seasons. The property has recently been fitted with a brand new kitchen.
I'm 30 and work as a business manager for a yoga centre. In addition to being a yogi, I also play tennis and enjoy photography and reading.
