Located in a large Victorian semi-detached house on Montague Road (opposite St Joseph’s Church), this is a self-contained ensuited 1 double bedroomed apartment comprising of a small living room, kitchen with fridge, private bathroom, toilet and double shower. The double bedroom is large enough for a king-size bed.

The apartment is part-furnished, licensed for single occupation only per HMO regulations and is available to rent in a great location in Sale town centre. This is high quality accommodation in a lovely area. The apartment holder is entitled to enjoy the large communal space and garden with the other house guests.

The larger communal area consists of a kitchen and large living room. There is a separate utility space with the option of using the washing machine & tumble dryer.
All bills (such as Gas, electric and Council tax & water rates) are included with the monthly rental charge of £780/week).

The tenancy is offered on a 6-month tenancy only because the apartment will be extended in April 2024 into a 2-bed apartment.

Seeking decent, clean living, peaceful individual to join the other happy housemates.
Parking is available on the street but if you need to park on the drive this can be arranged but will be an extra £10/week.
The apartment offers ample storage space and hanging wardrobe.
