Spacious flat to share in Salford near city centre

Hi,

My name is Fabienne, I am French but originally from Germany. I have been living in Manchester for 6 years now and at the current flat for 3 years.
The flat is in Salford but very close to town (20 min walk to the Arndale Shopping Centre). The flat is all furnished and so is the bedroom that is for rent. The bedroom has a bathroom, a wardrobe and a double bed. There is a spacious and bright living room open space with the kitchen. It would go through an agency and you would have to fill in an application, give them payslips from the past 3 months and pay the deposit and so on. The agency fee is £350.
I am looking for someone who likes to live in a tidy and clean flat (I´m not a clean freak though!). I would like the person to be friendly, to have a good sense of humour and it would be nice we could cook and eat together, go for a drink, watch movies and so on.
I am a very active person but I also like to chill and watch movies..
I also like to listen to music, to play the drums, to cook, to go for walks, to go out, to dance, to play football, to go to the cinema, to travel. If you think you would be suited to live with me or if you want more information send me an message.
p. s: unfortunately I´m going to be away until the 30th August, but if you still haven´t found anything by then you can always arrange a viewing with me. The contract would start on the 5th September.
