We have a tenancy starting on 14/09/18 for 48 weeks, that needs to be taken on and are offering a cash incentive. X1 Lettings will deal with the sign up and tenancy but we need to find someone to take it over. Once the booking fee (deposit) is paid and tenancy agreement signed we will then transfer the cash incentive directly to you. Tenancy Details
