The rent will be through an agency with no admin fee, minimum 6 month contract and they would be happy to show the flat before the moving date. There is also an on site gym, cinema and a 24h concierge !
I'm from Italy, but have been leaving in the UK for the last 5 years. I am an active and friendly person, always happy to have a chat and a drink together but also mindful of other people's space :)
