Single room in gay household - 4-5 nights weekly

A fair sized house with all mod cons. Fast Wi-Fi, Virgin TV.

The room is a single room. There is a bit of hanging and drawer space but not very much - Hence the reason why it's best 4-5 nights per week. As I sometimes have friends / family visit at a weekend, I am not looking for someone who is here 7 nights a week.
Current 2 male occupants – we’re both 50, gay, hard working professionals who get on well and like to share a bottle of wine or a few beers occasionally. Steve works in Pensions and enjoys playing tennis whilst I (Graham) work as a manager in a call centre and like going to the gym. We’re looking for someone who has similar interests although tennis and gym is not essential. What is important is that you can have a laugh whilst keeping the house clean.

Street parking available.
The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Salford. Salford Quays / Media City is a 15 min walk. Nearest tram stop 4 min walk. a few minutes drive to Trafford Centre, Salford Hospital or Manchester City Centre.
No DSS or non English speakers please. References required.
