Housemate wanted for my newly renovated home :)

Hello,

I'm looking for a housemate for a double room in my new home I have been renovating.

As you can see, the kitchen isn’t finished yet nor is the bathroom. They will be finished in the next 2 weeks and the property will be completely furnished throughout, but I just wanted to give you an idea of how it will look.

I have spent the last 2 months renovating the house and it's in a nice quiet area not far from Media City and Salford Quays.

It is a nice house with two double rooms and a single, an open plan downstairs living area and a garden that gets the sun (when we have it) all day.

I am no doubt going to be spending my money on things I can't afford to be making the house nice and homely and a nice place to live and want someone easy going to live with. I have someone moving into the single room for a few months and am now looking for someone for the double.

I am looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and up for a beer every so often, but also someone that wants their own space from time to time and respects that I want the same (without sounding really miserable and unsociable).

There has been a lot of work that has gone into doing the house up so I definitely want someone who is going to respect the place and keep it clean and tidy (I am open to getting a cleaner between us).

The house is near Salford hospital and is less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram and not far from Media City as I mentioned so it is really easy to get about.

I'm in the final stages of completion, but it is available to come and view ASAP (as long as you keep a creative mind for how it will look).
