Beautiful corner apartment in city centre

This is an amazing apartment which I love very much!

Beautiful views of the canal and the hills within a very short walking distance of Manchester city centre, excellent for night life or just going out for a bit/dinner.

This is a much larger than average sized room and would be great for a couple. There are two bathrooms, an en-suit with a shower and a main bathroom with a bath. I will very very rarely be in the apartment so it’s basically your own private flat!!! Feel free to make it your own as apart from my room (which I will rarely be in) the place will be a black canvas so feel free to hang up pictures if you wish.

The room is available from now (I will pro-rata for the rest of the month if needed) you have your own bathroom, there’s a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, full size fridge and even a wine fridge. There’s also FREE super fast broadband throughout.

The apartment itself comes with a lot of great added extras, such as a free gym, tea and coffee mornings with pastry, two outside areas, meeting rooms and a cinema room you can book out all for free. They’ve also just built a sky lounge with a pool table and shared amenities.

This really is an amazing apartment!

Pets are allowed so if you have a dog or cat then bring them too!
