Double/own bathroom/garden/parking/all bills

I have a good-sized double room available in a new-build house with sole use of the main bathroom (with shower over bath). The room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet, and overlooks the garden to the rear. There is also a small bedroom currently mainly used for storage which could become a working from home space if needed.

The house is on a quiet dead-end street with a double driveway and on-road parking for visitors available. It is a short walk to various bus routes to North Manchester, the Trafford Centre, and Manchester City Centre. It’s approx £10 in an Uber from the city centre after a night out. 2 minutes from the River Irwell for walks to Kersal Wetlands and Drinkwater Park. Salford Shopping City and Tesco/Aldi/Lidl a couple of minutes drive away and good access to the M602/M60.

The kitchen has all equipment including washer/dryer and a dishwasher. All bills are included with FTTP internet, BT TV with BT and Sky Sports in the living room.

Recently laid a new patio in the south-facing garden which is ideal for entertaining/BBQs. There’s also a shed with space for cycle storage.

I work in retail operations and quite regularly work at weekends. Evenings are generally a chilled affair, and happy to occasionally share meals, terrible choice in TV etc

I’m flexible on move-in dates, either earlier or later - finding the right person to live with is more important to me.

Pets welcome by agreement but, sorry, no couples please.
