Hey, I'm Sophia, I am 29 and I am looking for someone to move in with me as my current flatmate is moving out from our flat. The room will be available from May 14th.
The room is a cozy room in a 2-bed shared flat, centrally located, only 3 minutes away from Spinningfields. The rent for the room is 437.5 GBP pcm excluding bills and council tax. The other room has an ensuite-shower, which means that you would have your own bathroom (the main one). The living-room/kitchen area is very spacious, has big windows, and offers a cool view (see pictures) . There is also a small balcony which ended up being quite useful during lockdown. The area is very safe, and everything is close by. You can find a Tesco Express downstairs as well as a Co-Op if you go a bit further.
A little bit about me: I am French and I work as a scientist at the University of Manchester. I enjoy to spend time with my friends (oh pre-covid time, I miss you!) , to go on walks and gigs (I also work-part time for a Music venue in town) or simply go to the movies. I love to travel, so I am always up for a weekend abroad. I am pretty chill and open-minded. I am tidy and love a clean flat.
