I'm looking for someone who wishes to rent the room mostly Monday to Friday. Someone who lives elsewhere but works in Manchester and would prefer to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel or commute long distance.
I've an en-suite so you have your own bathroom. Clean bedlinen and towels can be provided each week. Room and bathroom will not be used by anyone in your absence.
There is super fast WiFi 500meg, 55in Sony 4k tv in the living room with Netflix and the usual apps on it.
Open plan living area that leads onto a balcony with seating and lots of flowers.
Kitchen has everything you could need with the usual modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combi microwave, ceramic hob and oven.
There's secure underground parking free if you want it.
Ad says Monday to Friday but if you needed to come Sunday evening that wouldn't be a problem and if occasionally you needed to stay Friday for work or to party I'd have no problem with that either.
It is a nice modern apartment five minutes walk from Deansgate and the city centre.
I'm a super laid back guy who can get on with anyone as long as they are respectful too.
