Double Room to rent - Downtown building

I'm moving out of my room in the Downtown building and looking for someone to replace me. Room should be available end of Jan/ early Feb. The contract is until early September.

The rent is £550 a month and bills roughly come to around £140 a month. Deposit is £600.

The flat is lovely and has a great sized double bedroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The flat has an open plan living room/kitchen and a washer dryer.

The building overall has great facilities including roof terrace, gym, sauna, cinema room and business suite (this is a blessing for WFH). There is a 24 hour concierge service too. It's a 5 min walk from Cornbrook tram stop and retail park with Sainsburys is a few min walk away.

You be sharing with my flatmate Tom, who works in video games design. He's friendly, tidy and easy going. He currently WFH but works in his bedroom and should be working in the office soon. Tom like cooking, gaming, movies and going to the gym.

Sorry there's no parking included. I have rented a space from neighbouring buildings
