Hi, I'm Jacob,

Me and Kinga, are the owners of the property. At the moment I occupy one of the bedrooms and I'm looking for a flatmate for a second bedroom.

The room benefits from a big built-in wardrobe for easy storage, a high ceiling, wooden flooring, and a big window for plenty of natural light. The room is fitted with a single bed and a desk.

The house has one shared bathroom with a Japanese vibe, utility space with a washer/dryer, a shared kitchen with a dishwasher and other appliances, a dining area, and a living room which I often use as an office space. The house has a spacious roof terrace at the back, so it's perfect to relax and enjoy the outdoors when it's nice and sunny.

I am looking for a responsible adult as there are two lovely cats living at the property, you also must be ok with that (and if you like cats it's a bonus!).

I am a very tidy person and would like to live with someone who likes to keep the house clean too (we'll keep a cleaning schedule to make sure the house looks fresh)

Me and Kinga will be holding the viewings together, so you might hear back from either of us :)

About me:

I'm a working professional and non-smoker, and I'm at home to relax most of the time, so there aren't any parties, loud music, or disturbances.

Someone with a similar lifestyle and expectations will fit right in. I like to keep things tidy, and we'll keep a cleaning schedule to make sure the house is looking fresh.

If you have a car there's plenty of on-street parking space around the area.

The house is close to the local shops, walking distance to MediaCityUK, and a short commute to city centre.
Lidl is 2 minutes walk, Tesco Extra 8min walk, Aldi and Salford Shopping Centre about 5min walk. There are bus stops and tram stops just a few minutes away. You'll get to the city centre with bus 36, 37, 38, 50 in about 15min (more if there's traffic). Apart from that, there are plenty of takeaways in the area, and MediaCityUK is a 15minute walk down Langworthy Road, or a short ride on bus 50.

£685 per month, all bills included.

Subject to a successful credit check, We'll will have to collect and keep a deposit from you. Notice period is 1 month.

The room is available from the 3rd of April 2024, but you're more than welcome to pop in for a viewing in the meantime. Get in touch to arrange a suitable time for a viewing. You'll hear back from me or Kinga.
