The flat is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a very spacious living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fitted with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and double fridge freezer. air fryer, all kitchen gadets
Lounge has a 6 seater sofa and chair, tv and cable, and internet, and balcony based on the 1st floor thats gets the sunlight from 11am till sunset so lovely to sit out on in the summer,

There many shops close by, Nisa local and Lidl is 5 mins walk.
private car parking is available in locked gate,

10 minute walk to the city centre, on a bus route and close to tram and train station manchester Victoria. 15 mins walk from both Spinningfields and Salford University/Salford Crescent train station.
