Top floor double bedroom & ensuite - Chapel Wharf

Hi, my flatmate is moving out in November and I am looking for a replacement. The bedroom is the largest of the two, with a triple wardrobe, king sized bed, and an ensuite with a bath. The apartment also has an open plan kitchen/living room and large balcony with amazing top-floor views of Manchester and Salford (22nd floor). There is also some flex with the move-in date.

The apartment is located next to the Lowry Hotel, on the edge of Manchester City Centre, and is within walking distance of Deansgate, Spinningfields, Piccadilly, Northern Quarter, and Ancoats (all within less than 20 minutes).

I have been in Manchester for 5 years - I spent 3 years studying at UoM and am now a Medical Writer. I am looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, and would be happy to go out for a drink/to a gig or would also be happy to stay in and watch a film together. Please share some information about yourself if you’re interested :)
