Hi, my names Olivia :) Im looking for someone to move into the spare room of my 2 bed flat hopefully as soon as possible. Im quite a chilled person in general and I work 5 days a week including weekends sometimes this means I like my flat to be a place I can relax after work and enjoy being there on the weekends so I would prefer someone who would respect that and isn't too loud or messy.
Im quite a social person as well, looking for a housemate I can get along with and hang out with on an evening or weekend :)
The room comes with its own on-suite with a bath/shower, wardrobe space and its furnished with bed, bedside tables and radiators. The flat also has a balcony, outside terrace garden area, gym, rooftop terrace, 24hour concierge and maintenance and parcel room..
The bills are not included but come to around £100-£130 depending on usage.
water is around £25-£30 a month
council tax is £52 a month so £26 each
electricity can be from £50-£70 a month each
