My flatmate is currently moving out and I want to keep the flat because it's extremely ideal for work. I also feel really settled here and I can't be bothered moving.

The flat is in a perfect location, 10 min walk to Cornbrook alongside being close to both the Co-Op and big Sainsbury's on Regent Road. The landlord has also just increased the rent which means that he probably won't be doing again in the near future.

I've been a secondary English teacher for 3 years. I'm fairly chilled and work has often left me too tired to go big on the weekends which means there won't be any parties or people crashing on the couch. My flatmate has been a working creative and has been a bit messy and often had people staying over for band rehearsals or due to work. I'm not about this life anymore and want someone who is clean, hygienic and fairly chilled with treating the space like a working professional's flat.

I'm planning to stay here for the next few years and therefore would be keen to combine funds to possibly get some nice furniture, plants and prints to make it feel like a better flat.
