Hi there, my current flatmate’s moving out at the start of July so I’ll be looking for someone to take his room. The flat’s located on the edge of Deansgate/Salford and is about a 20 minute to the city centre.
About me, I’m a pretty social guy, I’m big into the gym, running and cooking but still enjoy a night out. I’m office-based most of the time but do the odd day at home every couple of weeks or so, so if you’re full-time remote you’ll have the flat to yourself mostly during the day.
Me and my current flatmate have always kept the shared spaces of the flat very clean so I’d like someone who would do their part to keep it that way. It’s a fairly new build apartment building with a gym, large private courtyard and a gym. It’s also about a 10 minute walk from a retail park with a big Sainsbury’s, plus there’s a few bars and cafes all within a 5 minute walk. The flat comes furnished and your en suite also comes with a bath.
The rent is £625 a month +bills, however the rent will go up slightly when we renew the tenancy. It’s a pet-friendly building so I’m happy to consider people with cats or dogs.
