Hello, I currently have a single room to rent in Salford quays, which overlooks the city, a large 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony, great in the summer, freshly painted last year. there’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/Freezer everything you would expect. Fast WiFi included.

I’m going to do a year in Australia, so it’s available for 12 months+

If you work from home please do so in your bedroom to create a nice environment, I understand this is hard out of a single room. If everyone’s not in, then feel free to work in the front room at your leisure. There is lift access to the property, and it’s a safe gated community with cameras, it’s right next to shops and the tram stop with only 4 stops to centre. There’s a local pub, barbers, gym, cinema. Salford quays is becoming a hotspot area to live in, new bars and restaurants opening on the quays front along with the expansion of media city has aided this.
