Looking for a new flat mate!

Looking for a new female flatmate to fill a vacancy when my current flatmate moves abroad, available to move in from the 27th May.

The room has a double bed with under bed storage, a chest of drawers and a mirrored wardrobe. It also has its own across the hall bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet (I have an en-suite so we would have a bathroom to ourselves each).

Within the shared living area I already own a TV, microwave, kettle, toaster, water machine, as well as mop, hoover, and clothes horse, which I’m happy to share.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer for clothes.

Electricity and water are included in the bills, the bills we do have to pay are council tax which works out split between two as £89.50 each and internet which is currently £15 each. With the £650 rent that’s £754.50 total monthly.

There are deposit and reposit options available.

Super central location only 10 minute walk into Spinningfields.

Ideally looking for someone to take on a 12 month contract.

I WFH and live with my rescue dog who is super friendly.
