I'm Em, 23 years old and working as a paralegal at a criminal law firm in Manchester.

I am looking for a female flatmate (between 21-26) who is also a professional to take over my current flatmate's tenancy from the end of April until the 30th July 2024. There is also the option of extending the tenancy, which I would be looking to do.

I am really keen to be friends with whoever moves in and somebody who is up for doing things together!

I am outgoing (love a good night out, but also a good night in), I also love exploring new places to eat/drink in Manchester, running/staying active, and going to the theatre.

The flat is located just on the border of Salford, next to Spinningfields (a 2 minute walk to The Oast House). It is on the 12th floor with a stunning view, and includes a large living space/kitchen, a large room with plenty of space and an ensuite.

Affinity Living is also a great and sociable place to live as they host many events for their tenants.
