Flatmate has to move home suddenly and our lease is up June 6th, so ensuite room is available til then! Handy for anyone that needs a place to stay while waiting to move in somewhere or still looking for somewhere.
Flat is pretty nice, has a small balcony, right beside Salford Quay and Exchange Quay tram stations. Have a Tesco Express right outside.
I work full time(ish) at a cafe so I’ll be gone a fair bit. Have a TV set up in the living room and all utilities like oven, microwave, kettle etc :)
