Room Details: The available room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, and an open wardrobe for storage. You will also have exclusive use of the main bathroom as I have my ensuite.

Flat Features: The flat is well-furnished and includes a communal living area with a sofa, chair, and a large screen television, as well as high-quality kitchen amenities. I also have symmetrical gigabit Internet (1gbps up and down) with a WiFi6E router. The kitchen has a combination washing / dryer machine, full size fridge and dishwasher.

Building Amenities: Free access to a gym, a coffee/chill out area, a rooftop deck, and a cinema room. The building hosts regular social events, has a concierge service until 8 pm, and secure storage for deliveries.

About me: I am a professional working in Cyber Security in the city centre. I typically work 3 days a week in-office and once a week at home though at times I may be in-office all 4 days. I typically work 3pm-2am and so my nights tend to be until around 4:30am. I typically spend my time gaming, listening to music, and studying but I am always down to do things!
