I currently have a room available for rent in my modern apartment located on the 13th floor of the Local Blackfriars Building. This fully furnished apartment offers a comfortable living space with great amenities.

About the Current Tenant

I am a 23-year-old professional working between 10-12 hours a day with my main job and side business. I am often away from the apartment, so you will have plenty of privacy. I am a quiet and tidy person, always willing to share cleaning responsibilities or help keep the apartment in order. My interests include football, music, cooking, video games, trading, and the gym. Feel free to share your hobbies, and I'm open to learning new things too!

Location

The apartment is ideally situated in the M3 area, near the city centre (Greengate). It's a short 5-10-minute walk to Exchange Square tram station, a 15-minute walk to Victoria Station, and a 25-minute walk to Piccadilly Station and Oxford Station. The nearest big supermarkets are Aldi in the city centre and Lidl, both within a 15-minute walk. There's also a nearby Asda Local just 5 minutes away.

Please note that a minimum annual salary of £23,100.00 and an initial security deposit payment of £810 is required. The new tenant must be on a permanent contract if employed by a company and should possess a passport with their current name. Additionally, no adverse credit, including CCJ's, Bankruptcy/IVAs, will be accepted. The right to rent documents is also a requirement.
