2 Double Rooms 20 Minutes from Town!

Hi there!

Im Lauren, 23 and lived in Manchester for 6 months. Unfortunately, both my housemates are moving home (NI & Australia) so 2 double rooms have become available.

The property is a house spread across 3 floors so it is fairly spacious - *more photos to come* - and is just up from the Canal. It is also down the road from a shopping park with a Sainsbury’s/Gym etc.

I work in St Peter’s square and get the tram to work, the property is about a 10 minute walk from Cornbrook and a 10 minute tram into town from there so the location is ideal.

I work 5 days on site so I’m only home in the evenings so if you need to WFH that doesn’t bother me! The property is furnished and has a TV. Bills are not included but council tax is around £70/person per month, WiFi £7 and bills average at £50 for electric.

I’m pretty easy going, love runs, the pub and going for food. I’m more on the extroverted side but understand personal space and have been housesharing for the last 4 years (#pro).
