I am currently looking for a new housemate to move in from August. I have lived in the flat a year now and it's in a great location. Located 10 minutes from the City Centre, 2 minutes from Salford Central, 10 mins from PureGym Spinningfields and 2 mins from a very nice pub (with a weekly pub quiz).
There are two bathrooms and a shared kitchen/living space. The flat comes furnished with basic furniture but has the potential to look cute :)
The rent each month is £650 each with bills not included. Bills currently come to around £150 but can look at switching providers if this would make things cheaper. We are in Council Tax Band B.
I love nights out as much as I love a night in. I work in the office basically everyday so won't be home until the evenings. I am very outgoing and would love to make friends with whoever decides to move in, so please feel free to drop me a message if you're interested.
