The location is amazing with easy access to public transportation and shopping with a 5 minute walk to Victoria Station and the Arndale Shopping Centre.
I'm Tom, I've lived here since 2023 and I love it! I'm really clean and tidy and sociable but also happy to give you space. I work 5 mins down the road Mon-Fri with the occasional WFH day but most of the time I'll be out during the day.
The building has a gym, sky lounge, workspace floor, and cinema room which are free to use. Offsite parking is available nearby.
We have a en-suite open plan bedroom which excluding bills will cost £835 pm.
We also have a standard room which excluding bills will cost £633 pm.
Bills are separate but generally cost £120 pm per person.
Flat not available till the beginning of September but give me a shout if you want to come and have a look round and we can see if the vibe is good!
