I'm moving out at the end of July and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It is a double room with an ensuite. The contract for the apartment runs until March 2025 however the current tenants are very likely to renew the term.

There is a shared living area and kitchen, and another bathroom in the apartment which is shared by the other two tenants. There is a washer/dryer machine in the flat.

The flat is located above a local co-op and round the corner from Regent retail park which has a big Sainsburys. If you work in town, you can walk along the river to get into Spinningfields very easily,

The other tenants are very friendly - they're both professionals in Manchester working in sales and accounting.
