About the property - two bed two bath, the room available doesn’t have an en-suite but does have its own bathroom with a bath across the hall, open plan living room and kitchen, 4th floor flat with a balcony. Rent is 575 pcm and bills aren’t included, I pay for everything bar council tax as my current flatmate pays for it at the moment
About me - I’m 25 and work in business development, I do work some quite long hours depending on what needs doing, I’m clean and respectable, the flat is a little haven for me so I do like spending my time in just chilling and cooking or watching a film, always down to go to the pub or out for dinner though!
