Replacement Flatmate for Double Room - Downtown

Looking for a someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

Room available from 21st July 2024.

The flat is located on the 9th floor of the Downtown Flat Complex (edge of Salford). The flat has a great view and is only a 10 minute walk from Cornbrook tram stop or 20 minutes from the city centre.

There is also a large Sainsburys and JD Gym 10 minutes away.

The available room has its own private En-suite, and is fully furnished. The shared kitchen also included a washing machine and dish washer.

As for myself, in my free time I like cooking, working out, playing games, and going to gigs/festivals. I work in Spinningfields as an accountant (I don't often work from home) and also enjoy going out, socialising, and meeting new people.

I like to keep a clean kitchen and living area, not letting mess build up.

A deposit of £750 will be needed at the start of the tenancy to replace the previous flatmate's deposit.

Rent is £725. Council tax (B band) and bills (electricity, water, internet) per month are approx. £150.
Total being approx. £875.

For parking, spaces are let separately by the building - "On site parking is subject to availability at the time of securing the property at an additional £125pcm"
