Hi!! I'm Ellie, 24 (nearly 25) and a Master's graduate of Digital Marketing, currently working in retail - but on the endless job hunt always!

I'm looking to fill a room in my flat, as one of my flatmates is moving out in the coming month.

It is in an amazing location, extremely well kept, and very very modern. Located in the X1 The Landmark building on the 8th floor, it is a 3 bed flat with one ensuite and the other two bedrooms sharing the main bathroom, shared lounge/kitchen and balcony overlooking towards Manchester City Centre.

It's around a 10 minute walk to the University of Salford Peel Park campus, with Regent Retail park for shopping directly opposite and Tesco/Salford Shopping Centre a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. It is also a 20 minute walk into Deansgate and from there the city centre, so perfectly located, with also bus stops only a 2 minute walk down the road also.

I've really loved this property and living here since April 2023, and am looking for a lovely girl to now fill the spare room!

The property is £1800 a month total without bills, naturally split between 3! The rent is split based on size of the room as well as the ensuite!

Council tax band at the minute is D, however can challenge this and students are welcome, with this aiding the council tax also.

A little bit about me: I love to get out and explore, be it around the city centre or the outskirts of town, love a night out once a week with some good music and good vibes, but of course love my own space at times too, normally to cosy down with a book or catch up on TV and films that I've missed!
