The available room is a furnished double bedroom with an ensuite which includes a bath. The room has a bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I’m currently waiting for my current flatmate to send me some picture of the bedroom and bathroom to add to the listing but I have a video of the room from when I first moved in available that can be seen.

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, laidback, LGBT friendly professional to take over the tenancy from my current flatmate who is moving out. The building allows pets.
