They have settled into their home and have created a warm, social atmosphere within the house. All of the housemates are from outside the area and have moved here to not only make new friends but to get to know their new town. Their professions range from a fashion buyer and working in TV, to teaching and NHS staff. And now they’re looking for a new fabulous housemate to make their house a complete home again.

THE BORING STUFF:

• £300 deposit is registered with the government-approved Deposit Protection Service.
• £780pcm rent payable in advance.
• Weekly Cleaner for all communal areas.
