Hiya we’re looking for a friendly, tidy professional to take the smallest bedroom in a modern, fully furnished 3-bed flat. The room is still very spacious and ideal for comfortable apartment living.
The flat has a large shared living room with TV and dining area, plus a high-spec kitchen with integrated appliances. It’s a relaxed, well-kept home — not a party flat. One of the occupant will mostly be working from home (most likely in her bedroom) so we'll need one who will be comfortable with that, or work mostly from the office. You'll share a bathroom with another girl since there's one ensuite bedroom already.
Rent: £490 pcm - the whole flat's rent is £1600.
Target move-in: 17th Jan 2026 the earliest.
The place isn’t secured yet, but we have a viewing booked for this Thursday the 18th. If this one doesn’t work out, we’re aiming to find a very similar flat near the city centre.
Requirement: no students (council tax reasons). We’re looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as flatmates — happy to chat, explore the city, and enjoy a sociable but chilled household.
