Double Room in top floor flat in city centre

A bright double room is available in a modern 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath flat located in the heart of the city centre. The room comes with access to a private balcony offering amazing views, and the flat includes dedicated parking. The bathroom is shared, and it’s kept very clean and tidy. The room is available because my previous flatmate moved back to her parents house and the tenancy is up for renewal.

Bills typically range from £160–£170 per month, including council tax. I am open to discussing rental splits as I am aware the room has less liveable space due to the balcony.

You’d be sharing with a fun, quiet, and clean housemate. I’ve lived in Manchester for over a year and work in the city centre, usually working from home one to two days per week. I enjoy gigs and concerts, films, travelling to explore new places, going out, and cosy nights in. I play ultimate frisbee sometimes and looking to start going to the gym more.

Ideally looking for some one chill and easy to get along with whom could become friends, but also give each other space and privacy. I am happy to have people over and have a good time.
