Short term en-suite room to rent in friendly flat

Hi!
I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a furnished double en-suite room, as my current flatmate is moving out. I'm looking to rent the room out until the end of March.

The room is spacious, bright and comes fully furnished. You’ll have your own en-suite bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living space with a juliette balcony.

A bit about me: I’m a working professional, sociable and easy-going. I enjoy watching sports, having a chat or going for a drink etc whilst also respecting personal space.

Rent: £600 pcm
Bills: Not included (roughly £150–£160 pcm)
Room: Furnished double with en-suite
