Cosy room for a single person available

Beautiful single room with a double bed available in a great location in Salford it's near the shopping center and media city 10 minutes walk . 2 minutes the tram stop and bus stop for Manchester center that takes 30 minutes around to be there so it's a perfect location .

We are having many people interested about this room so we making a shortlist the next few days .

We looking for a very quiet friendly tidy person that will stay long term cause there is 2 bathrooms to share ideal we want a female so it's balance the house .

But a very friendly clean quiet male can be an exception.

We don't accept deposit or universal credit and benefits pensioners and so on .only cash and PayPal in advance the month from the first moment you stay the first day .

Every month you will be just paying the month in advance thats our term .
