1 bed with ensuite, with gym access and balcony

I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my tenancy. I have a en-suite unfurnished bedroom with a furnished shared living room/kitchen. Living with a 24 year old male.
A bit about him: he’s a musician who works in schools full times also (so will be out of the flat a lot). He is into football, and loves going to gigs. He’s very easygoing, sociable, and respectful of people’s space. The flat has a good balance of being friendly and chatty while also quiet when you need downtime. The tenancy ends 17/7/26 but obviously could be extended after. The flat comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine/ dryer. It has a balcony with seats and a table. The shared sitting room is furnished and has a tv. There is also a kitchen table with chairs. There is also a gym included with the tenancy. It is also right next to regent retail park and about a 25 minute walk to the city centre.
