Double room with parking near Spinningfields

Hi, I’m looking for someone to move into the other bedroom in the flat that I’m renting, after my roommate moves out. I’m a 22 year old female who works hospitality, so my schedule changes quite a bit, but the latest I’ll ever get in is just past midnight. I like going to the gym and going on hikes, going to the pub, cooking and baking (and I don’t mind making two portions). My guilty pleasure is reality tv shows, so anyone willing to watch them with me gets bonus points

Im looking for a flatmate that I could become friends with, preferably another female, and someone who is clean and tidyish. It’d be great if we shared any interests, but no worries if we don’t.

The flat is a furnished 2 bed, 1 bath in Salford, and the room that you’d be renting is a double. The kitchen is semi-open and has a dishwasher and washer-dryer. The flat also has a private parking space that I don’t use if you have a car.

In terms of location, it’s a 5 minute walk from Regent Retail Park, which has a big Sainsbury’s, a JD gym and a few more shops that are handy to have close by. It’s also really close to the city centre, about a 20 minute walk to Deansgate and 35 to Picadilly Gardens.

The rent is £625 per month, not including bills. Estimated bills per person are:

- Water - £21.48
- Electricity - £51.90
- Wifi - £12.50
