Double En-Suite Room available in Downtown Salford

I have a En-Suite Double Room which has become just available in my Flat as I am moving away to london.

The flat is just a brief 25 minutes walk from the City Centre. The flat is on the fourth floor and has an open space concept so that the kitchen and living room are in the same space. It also comes with a Washer/Dryer and a Dishwasher.

The living room also has Floor Length windows which have a lovely view of the Canal. If you are someone who's into running it would be ideal for your everyday runs.
The trash chute is in the same floor so that's pretty convenient as well.

About the room: It comes with a double bed, Wardrobe, a big chest of drawers and a bed side table. There's heaters in the room as well as dining area/living space. The en-suite bathroom comes with a bathtub and a heating rack for your clothes or towels which is convenient for winters.

The building has a lot of amenities like a study/work space, gym, a studio, entertainment suite, sauna and 24*7 concierge.

About the current tenant: His name is George and he is a fairly social person but does also prefer my own space. So someone who respects that balance would be ideal.
He love reading, watching movies, going out for a quick pint or two, and would love to live with someone who wants to be friends rather than just roommates.

Just to clarify, you will be replacing my tenancy which will hold an additional £50 “name change” charge.
