Looking for friendly (preferably LGBT) flatmate

I’m Marcelo and I’m 33 years old. I work for a software company and my background is IT/Technology. I’m from Argentina and I’ve been living in the UK for 7 years.

My flatmate is leaving at the end of the month and I’m looking for a flatmate to take over his tenancy. Bills will be under my name and will be split in half.

The flat itself is spacious and it has great lightening when the sun is out. Around 10/15 mins walk distance to deansgate and Castlefield. Excellent location. You’ll have the bathroom for yourself as I have en suite. The bills they come around £170-£180 per month each. I can give you a breakdown on the viewing.

The area is quite nice it has a balcony with a great view and there’s a big Sainsbury’s around the corner and a retail park with JD Gym, Sports direct, Costa, etc. closest station is Cornbrook.

I work from home and I have meetings quite often so I require someone respectful, quiet, and friendly. Professional preferably. Apart from work, I’m a gay man so I’d prefer someone friendly, open and a possible friend to go out why not.

My office set up will be in the bedroom so you can use the living room whenever you want to. I go to the office every now and then tho.
