Hi,

I’m moving out of our 3-bedroom apartment to move in with my Girlfriend, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room from the beginning of May.

The flat is on the fifth floor and has a large open-plan living room and kitchen, with modern appliances and plenty of storage space. The living area is comfortable and well-sized and opens onto a good-sized balcony, which is great for relaxing.

The bedroom is bright and spacious, and comes with built-in wardrobes and two bedside units. The bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate and has plenty of storage.

The building is in a great location within walking distance of the city centre. There is a supermarket, pub, and coffee shop on-site, as well as a parcel room for deliveries and a communal study/working area.

You’ll be living with two friendly and respectful flatmates in a relaxed and tidy home.
