Double room in Salford quays flat

Hi, I'm Mollie, a young professional (21), I have a double room available from 14th June. The flat is located in Salford quays right opposite the tram stop so great connections into the city centre (15 minute ride) and a lot of shops and food/drink places nearby as well. Rent is £625 a month with bills working out around £90, excluding council tax (band b).

The room is really bright and the window overlooks deansgate towers and city centre! Excluding the bookshelf, drawers with tv, all the furniture pictured comes with the room, you will also have your own bathroom! There is also a gym on the bottom floor that is included for all tenants, with parking available.

Ideally looking for someone who is a female, young professional, LGBTQ+ friendly. Would love to live with someone who I can be friends with and not just live with, who loves a quiet night in as well a couple cheeky drinks out. I love gigs, movies, reading, baking, and music.
